In order to ensure priority handling and delivery confirmation of your items, we limit the number of destinations only to those countries that can offer a high level of service
We usually only ship to the UK and to Europe but there are other destinations we can also deliver to. If you require delivery to any other countries (USA etc) please contact us on mail@quintescents.co.uk and we will then send you some easy to follow instructions
We use 4 types of delivery methods:
1. First Class Delivery - For UK mainland orders less than £34.00 in value, we generally use First Class Delivery. This this one of the most popular postal services
If your order is over £34.00 in value we will email you a 13 digit reference number e.g. AA 0001 0001 9GB, which you will need to enter into the Royal Mail website.

How to make a claim for lost mail?

4. Airsurel - International Delivery - For International orders more than 39.00 in value, we generally use Airsure, our fast and assured way to send mail worldwide.
- Delivery usually between 3 to 5 working days

- Upto £500 compensation

How to make a claim for lost mail?
We use UK's leading postal operator, Royal Mail who try to make sure each parcel arrives safely and on time, but if something goes astray or gets lost, please email us at: mail@quintenescent.co.uk, we will do our best to sort it out.
Please note that all undelivered orders must be reported after 15 days and before 28 days. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim.
